Pre-Sales, Solutioning & Business Development Support

• Support pre-sales and business development teams in responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and client proposals.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and client research to develop business insights and solution recommendations.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, solution decks, capability documents, and executive summaries.
• Develop transition approaches, operating model recommendations, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps for prospective clients.
• Create business collateral, service descriptions, case studies, success stories, and value proposition documents.
• Support effort estimation, transition planning assumptions, staffing models, and solution design inputs.
• Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, due diligence exercises, and solution discussions.
• Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, client meetings, and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to white papers, thought leadership articles, industry reports, and knowledge assets.
• Collaborate with operations, SMEs, and leadership teams to develop innovative solutions and transformation recommendations.
• Develop high level transition plans, project schedules, milestones, tollgates, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of transition milestones.
