Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Manager Pre-Sales (Real
Estate) to generate qualified leads, engage prospective customers, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound enquiries.
Qualify leads and schedule site visits.
¢ Follow up prospects and improve conversions.
¢ Explain projects, pricing and payment plans.
¢ Build relationships with customers, brokers and channel partners.
¢ Update CRM and coordinate with sales.

Required Skills
