Presales Associate

Role & responsibilities

Work from Office

• Contact and engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for Sales Managers.
• Explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and qualification targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.

• Good MS Excel and MS Office skills.

• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

• Kannada is Mandatory
