Presales Associate - US Process

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential merchants, including small businesses, retail outlets, restaurants, and enterprises.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospects, understand their requirements, and present suitable product solutions.
• Make a minimum of 150 cold calls every shift.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by ensuring their ongoing needs are met.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in payment solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and technical teams to enhance the sales process and customer experience.
• Educate clients on the features, advantages, and applications of POS machines.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6 months to 4 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling or B2B Sales.
• US/International calling experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound/cold calling.
• Confident in understanding customer needs, pitching solutions and handling objections.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (9:30 PM 6:30 AM IST).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced US-shift environment.
• Immediate joiners/short notice candidates preferred.
