We’re Hiring | Presales & Technical Engineer – Chennai D-Link India Ltd. is looking for a talented and customer-focused

Presales & Technical Engineer to join our Business Solutions team in

Chennai . 🔹 Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience in Presales, Network Engineering, Technical Support, Solution Design, or a related networking role. 🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and design suitable

networking solutions .

• Prepare

technical proposals, solution architectures, BOMs, and tender responses .

• Conduct

product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical presentations .

• Provide presales and technical support for

Switching, Routing, Wireless, IP Surveillance, and Network Management solutions.

• Work closely with

sales teams, partners, customers, and product/engineering teams .

• Handle technical queries, solution validation, and customer discussions.
• Conduct

customer and internal technical training sessions .

• Support business development and contribute to

regional sales and solution adoption . 🔹 Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of

Computer Networking, Switching, Routing, VLANs, Wireless, and Network Management .

• Hands-on experience in

Presales, Technical Support, Solution Design, or Network Implementation .

• Excellent

presentation and communication skills , with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong

customer-facing and interpersonal skills with confidence in conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations.

• Good

analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work effectively with

customers, partners, sales teams, and cross-functional technical teams .

• CCNA or relevant networking certifications will be an advantage.
• Engineering/IT/Computer Science or a related technical qualification preferred.
• Experience with

enterprise or SMB networking solutions and customer-facing engagements will be an added advantage. 📍
