Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Adobe InDesign.
• Lead and manage publishing production teams to ensure project delivery within established timelines.
• Develop and maintain Adobe InDesign templates for books, journals, and other publishing products.
• Manage and optimize Word Flow and XML Flow automation processes.
• Ensure compliance with publishing quality standards and production guidelines.
• Create and monitor delivery schedules to meet business requirements.
• Track team attendance, productivity, and overtime.
• Review production output and implement quality control procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve production issues and improve workflow efficiency.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the publishing environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong expertise in InDesign template development for books, journals, and publishing workflows.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Word Flow and XML Flow automation.
• Advanced knowledge of:

• Character Styles
• Object Styles
• Table Styles
• GREP Styles
