Job Description (Technical Customer Support based Voice Process):

One year International Customer Support based Voice Process is mandatory

Inbound premium opening (No Outbound Scam or Sales)

Candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English with ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport for Voice Process

Ability to analyse and solve customer queries over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES & NO TARGETS)

Lucrative Salary & Incentives (Rs.2.80 to 4.0 Lacs/annum Take Home + Free Pick or Drop with Security etc.)

Free Pick-Up or Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)

Provident Fund, Gratuity, Mediclaim, Life Insurance etc. provided

Should be flexible to work in Night Shifts & WFO

Salary: Gross Annual Rs. 280000 to Rs. 400000 Lacs

Undergraduates & Graduates in any stream is eligible to apply with one year international exp

Excellent communication in ENGLISH is must

18-35 years of age

B.TECH, BCA are eligible to apply

MTech, MBA & MCA (or equivalent) are eligible

Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.

Willing to work in Night Shifts (Rotational shifts)
