Premium Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage existing merchant relationships to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify new business prospects and develop strategies to acquire new merchants for the company's EdC (Electronic Data Capture) services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to merchant acquiring, EDP (Electronic Data Processing), and market development.
• Analyze competition mapping data to stay ahead in the market and identify areas of improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 1-9 years of experience in Account Executive or Field Sales role in BFSI industry.
• Strong understanding of Competition Mapping, Relationship Management, Market Development, Merchant Acquiring, EDC/EDP concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
