Premium Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of existing merchant accounts to ensure timely payment collection and minimize bad debts.
• Identify new business opportunities through market development activities such as prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Develop strong relationships with merchants to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their payment processing requirements.
• Analyze competition mapping data to identify areas of growth and develop strategies to increase market share.

Job Requirements :

• 1-9 years of experience in Account Execution or related field sales role in the FinTech/Payments industry.
• Strong understanding of Edc (Electronic Data Capture) systems and Merchant Acquiring processes.
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build trust with merchants at all levels.
