Role Description The Premier Wealth Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management and insurance solutions to affluent and high-net-worth clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing clients financial goals, designing customized financial plans, and recommending suitable investment and insurance products aligned with risk profiles and long-term objectives. The role involves regular portfolio reviews, monitoring market developments, and adjusting strategies to optimize returns and ensure adequate protection. The Premier Wealth Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct in-person meetings, collaborate with internal product and underwriting teams, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards. This position also requires proactive business development, including identifying new prospects, participating in client events, and contributing to the growth of Bajaj Life's premier customer segment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Investments to design tailored wealth and protection strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Investment Management and Finance skills to analyze portfolios, evaluate risk-return profiles, and recommend suitable instruments.
• Candidates should possess sound knowledge of Insurance products and regulations to provide appropriate life and protection solutions.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, economics, business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA level, NISM licenses) are an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory, with strong client relationship management and communication skills.
