Job Description Patient Relations Executive (PRE)

We are looking for a Patient Relations Executive (PRE) to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients and their attendants.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with queries, appointments, registration, and hospital services.
• Handle patient concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with doctors and different hospital departments.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and provide timely assistance.
• Maintain patient records, documentation, and basic MIS reports.
• Support day-to-day hospital operations as required.

Requirements:

• Qualification: MBA / MBA Hospital Management / Healthcare Management
• Experience: Freshers are welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
