We are looking for a dynamic, responsible & passionate Center Head to lead our preschool and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle admission enquiries & convert leads into admissions
• Follow up with prospective parents and maintain lead records
• Manage and motivate teachers & support staff
• Plan and assign daily work and ensure timely execution
• Oversee classroom activities, parent communication & student care
• Manage overall center operations, discipline & safety
• Support marketing activities and help grow admissions
• Build strong relationships with parents and the local community
We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Leadership and team-management abilities
Sales/admission conversion skills
Positive, energetic & child-friendly personality
Prior experience in preschool/education/center management is preferred
