Position: Pre-Sales Trainee ELV System Integration

Location: Kolkata (Work form Office).

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified B.Tech./B.E. in Electronics & Communication / Electrical.
• Basic understanding of electrical, electronic, networking and communication systems.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other drawing tools will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites or customer locations, as required.

Scope of Learning

• Learn ELV systems, their components, applications, and technical specifications.
• Understand customer requirements, tender documents, and technical compliance.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, BOQs, system configurations, and cost estimates.
• Learn basic system design and AutoCAD drawings.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for technical details and quotations.
• Support tender submissions, customer presentations, and pre-bid meetings.
• Develop knowledge of ELV technologies, industry standards, and emerging solutions.

The selected candidate will undergo structured on-the-job training in ELV technologies, tender management, technical proposal preparation, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and system design.
