Pre-Sales Technical Intern

Role & Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT training solutions.
• Assist in presenting technical courses and solutions to potential clients.
• Conduct client interactions through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand basic technologies such as Networking, Cyber Security, Cloud, and DevOps.
• Coordinate with internal technical and business teams.
• Prepare basic proposals and solution-related information.
• Maintain client details and follow up with prospects.
• Stay updated with emerging IT technologies and industry trends.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech/B.E. graduate or final-year student from any specialization.
• Freshers are welcome; 01 year experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT and technology concepts.
• Strong learning ability and problem-solving mindset.
• Confident in interacting with clients.
• Interested in building a career in Pre-Sales, IT Solutions, and Technology Consulting.

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance after successful completion of the internship.
