Pre-Sales & Solutions Engineer – IT & ELV Systems

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Sales & Solutions Engineer to join our team at Pathcom Technologies Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and ELV systems, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Design and implement technical solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of our products and services.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring seamless project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in pre-sales engineering, preferably in the IT and ELV systems industry.
• Strong understanding of IT and ELV systems, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
