Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture & Discovery Conduct technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to analyze legacy systems and business challenges. Map client problems to Innovature s core capability pillars: Custom Software Development, Cloud Migration & DevOps, AI/Data Engineering, and Global Capability Center (GCC / BOT) setups.RFP & Proposal EngineeringOwn end-to-end technical proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, and scope estimation (SOWs) for custom software, cloud, and data engagements.Work with internal practice leaders, data engineers, cloud architects, and delivery teams to build validated, cost-effective project proposals and staffing models.Demos & Proof-of-Concepts (POCs)Deliver compelling technical walkthroughs, solution demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) frameworks for data/AI models, cloud migrations, and platform integrations.Clearly articulate technical advantages and business ROI to both technical leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering) and business stakeholders (C-level executives).Sales Support & Technical Deal StrategyPartner with sales and account management teams during negotiations to resolve technical objections and clarify architecture decisions.Conduct competitive analysis and highlight Innovature s differentiators (e.g., ISO 27001 compliance, AWS/Databricks/Snowflake partnerships, dual-shore delivery models).Cross-Functional Alignment & Hand-offCollaborate with engineering and delivery teams to validate technical feasibility, project timelines, and SLAs before contract sign-off.Ensure seamless knowledge transfer from the pre-sales phase to delivery teams post-deal closure.
Skill Set:
- Pre-Sales & Commercial Skills: RFP/RFI handling, SOW creation, effort estimation, solution design, C-suite presentation skills, and consultative selling. Cloud & DevOps: Foundational understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP cloud migration strategies, DevOps automation, continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD), and 24/7 managed services. AI, Data & Analytics: Awareness of data modernizations, data engineering/warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Databricks, Denodo), predictive analytics, and conversational AI/chatbots.Software & Application Modernization: Understanding of full-stack custom software development lifecycles (SDLC), API-first architectures, quality engineering, and enterprise platform integration.Delivery Models: Familiarity with Global Capability Center (GCC) frameworks, including Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) and managed service delivery models.
Certifications (If Any):
3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture role within an IT services or consulting firm.

Industry certifications in cloud or data platforms (e.g., Generative AI, Data and Analytics).
