Pre-Sales Manager (GCC Markets)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Pre-Sales professional to drive business growth across GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman). The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the GCC market and a proven track record in selling Data Analytics, Risk Advisory, Investigation, and Forensic Services solutions.

The role requires identifying opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, leading pre-sales discussions, developing solution proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify and acquire new clients across GCC markets.
• Generate leads and create a robust pipeline for Data Analytics and Forensic Consulting services.
• Develop relationships with C-level executives, Risk Heads, Internal Audit Leaders, Compliance Officers, CFOs, and Government stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and winning new business.

Pre-Sales & Solutioning:

• Understand client business challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Design customized solutions leveraging:
• Data Analytics
• Forensic Investigations
• Fraud Risk Management
• Transaction Monitoring
• Digital Forensics
• eDiscovery
• Internal Audit Analytics
• AML & Compliance Analytics
• Develop proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and commercial submissions.

Market Development

• Build and execute GCC market-entry and expansion strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, fraud risks, and analytics adoption across the Middle East.
• Participate in conferences, industry events, and networking forums.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with consulting, forensic, data science, and delivery teams to develop winning solutions.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation through contract closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners.

GCC Market Expertise

• Strong understanding of GCC business landscape and procurement processes.
• Existing network within enterprise, financial services, government, telecom, energy, healthcare, or public sector organizations.
• Experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, or other GCC countries.
