About the Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Manager to manage construction enquiries from initial contact through requirement assessment, proposal coordination and commercial follow-up. The role requires strong client communication, an understanding of construction services and disciplined management of the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries received through digital campaigns, the company website, referrals and business development activities.
• Qualify opportunities based on project scope, location, budget, timelines and decision-making authority.
• Understand client requirements for residential buildings, schools, hospitals, hotels, commercial spaces and other construction projects.
• Arrange discovery meetings, site visits and technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with estimation, design and execution teams to prepare proposals, quotations, BOQs and presentations.
• Ensure proposals clearly communicate scope, specifications, timelines, exclusions and commercial terms.
• Present Homfix's capabilities, address client queries and coordinate technical clarifications.
• Maintain timely follow-ups and support negotiations and project conversion alongside management.
• Keep CRM records updated with enquiry details, proposal status, next actions and expected closure dates.
• Work with the digital marketing team to improve lead quality and share feedback on enquiries and lost opportunities.
• Prepare reports on qualified leads, meetings, proposals, conversion rates and pipeline value.
• Coordinate a clear handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.

Candidate Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in pre-sales, sales coordination or business development, including at least 3 years with a construction, civil contracting, turnkey or design-and-build company.
• Working understanding of construction processes, drawings, BOQs, specifications and project costing.
• Experience coordinating technical and commercial proposals with internal teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and coordinate with clients, consultants and technical teams.
• Willingness to attend client meetings and project site visits.

Qualifications

A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field is preferred. Candidates with other qualifications and strong relevant experience may also apply.
