Pre Sales - Head

Position: Pre-Sales Head
Department: Sales & Marketing – Pre-Sales
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Pre-Sales / Tele calling team.
• Allocate, monitor, and track leads through CRM.
• Improve lead-to-site-visit and lead-to-booking conversions.
• Monitor daily follow-ups, call quality, response time, and team productivity.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams regarding lead quality and campaign performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly pre-Sales performance reports.
• Train the team on project knowledge, customer handling, and follow-up processes.
• Ensure timely CRM updates and minimize lead leakage.
• Track individual and team targets and improve overall conversion performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Inside Sales.
• Prior team-handling experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in CRM software.
• Experience with Sell.Do CRM / Sell.Do App is preferred.
• Good understanding of lead allocation, follow-up management, sales funnel, and CRM reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Target-oriented and capable of driving team productivity.
