Pre Sales Expert

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, online inquiries, and other channels to generate sales opportunities.
• Understand customers budgets, property preferences, investment objectives, location requirements, and purchase timelines.
• Explain project details, property features, pricing, payment plans, and available inventory to prospective buyers.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits, follow up with prospects, and assist them throughout the buying process.
• Maintain regular communication with potential customers, address their queries, and convert qualified leads into bookings.
• Create, update, and manage property listings on real estate portals and other online platforms, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, images, and availability.
• Maintain accurate customer records, update lead status, record call outcomes, and track follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Submit daily reports on calls made, leads qualified, site visits scheduled and completed, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets, lead conversion goals, and site visit targets.
