We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to support our Sales team in understanding customer requirements and providing the right technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and business needs.
- Visit customer sites when required.
- Support product demos and POCs .
- Prepare proposals, presentations and technical documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Software, Support and OEM teams.
- Suggest suitable Barcode, RFID, Mobility, Automation and Software solutions .
- Maintain customer requirements, demo and proposal records.
- Keep updated with new products and technologies.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Technical Sales / Sales Support .
- Freshers will be shortlisted based on their qualification, skills, communication and learning ability .
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic technical knowledge with a willingness to learn.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office .
- Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
