Hi, We Are Hiring for the Position Pre-Sales Executive

Job Details

Location: Bengaluru
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: Monday to Friday and Saturday (half day)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Saturday Timings: 9:30 AM 1:30 PM

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries and make calls to potential customers.
• Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred property.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits.
• Update customer details and call records in the CRM.
• Share property details and brochures through WhatsApp and email.
• Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1 - 5 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, telesales, or customer service.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Good listening, customer handling, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and Excel.
• Interested in sales and customer interaction.
