Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Explain project details and qualify customer requirements.
Schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.
Achieve daily and monthly follow-up and site visit targets.
Prepare daily lead and follow-up reports.
