About The RoleWe are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to validate and qualify leads generated through our online and offline marketing channels and ensure genuine, relevant leads are passed to the Business Development Team.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with leads and understand their requirements.
- Collect and validate share/investment-related information.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Assign qualified leads to the Business Development Team.
- Coordinate with BD for any additional information required.
- 0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-calling or Lead Qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Any Regional language proficiency is a plus for example Punjabi.
- Strong listening, questioning and customer-handling skills.
- Good attention to detail and basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
