About this role
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
- Explain project details, offerings, pricing, and other relevant information to customers.
- Schedule site visits/meetings for qualified prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team for effective lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation and pre-sales targets.
- Build good relationships with prospective customers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
