About this role
Come be part of an enthusiastic team running an edtech that enables children to discover and pursue their passion. Were looking for friendly, responsible Pre-Sales Executives to connect with schools and parents and support enrolments for our courses. This is not a sales-heavy role its more about clear communication, consistency, and professionalism.
What Youll Do - Reach out to schools and coordinate with teachers/coordinators
- Request schools to share relevant information with students
- Speak with parents to gently remind and guide them on next steps
- Do simple follow-ups via calls or messages
- Maintain basic tracking of interactions and responses
- Students or freshers comfortable speaking in English
- Someone polite, patient, and confident on calls
- Good at following up without being pushy
- Responsible and consistent in completing tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi, Tamil, or other languages a plus)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- A stable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Loads of self-discipline and follow-up skills
- Bachelors degree preferred Tele-Sales: 1 year preferred
- Professional communication skills
- How to interact with schools and parents
- The basics of outreach, coordination, and follow-ups
- Confidence in handling real conversations
- Are you willing to work 6 days a week
