Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tendering, including tender tracking, documentation, EMD, GTP, qualification requirements and online/offline submission.
• Coordinate pre-bid meetings, tender queries and customer communication with Sales, Engineering and internal teams.
• Handle GeM, TenderTiger and IndiaMART activities, including registration, product publishing and bid submission.
• Prepare quotations, offers, customer letters and commercial documents and coordinate order booking and Order Acceptance.
• Maintain SAP and Salesforce CRM, including customer codes, order updates, MIS and sales/tender reports.
• Manage vendor registration/renewal, credentials, ISO documentation and audit support.
• Maintain product literature, manuals, customer database and official records as per company procedures.
• Provide presales and back-office support to Sales, Marketing, R&D, Logistics and regional teams.
• Track indents, service requirements and tender opening results, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–5 years of experience in Presales, Inside Sales, Tendering, Sales Coordination or Commercial Operations.
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in electrical equipment, power sector, testing & measurement, industrial products or engineering products,Control & Relay Panel ,SCADA,RTU ,Automation will be an advantage.
