Pre-Sales Design & Specification Executive

• Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals for corporate biophilia solutions.
• Coordinate with the design, landscaping, operations, and sales teams to develop accurate proposals.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, scope of work, BOQs, presentations, and service details.
• Include plant selections, green-wall concepts, office landscaping solutions, maintenance plans, timelines, and commercial terms where applicable.
• Customize proposals based on the clients office size, workplace design, budget, and sustainability requirements.
• Ensure proposals are accurate, professional, visually appealing, and submitted within agreed timelines.
