Pre-Sales Consultant

Summary

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales team by identifying client needs, preparing customized proposals, and assisting in closing deals. • Develop new leads, communicate with customers, understand their needs, and answer customer questions.
• Handle lead generation and drive sales inquiries through Phone, Email, website, LinkedIn, or other social media platforms.
• Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Research and qualify new leads and transfer them to seniors to close the deal.
• Generate at least 3-4 leads on a daily basis.
• Explain and demonstrate features of services and stay informed about competing services.
• Communicate with prospects, manage client relationships, handle calls, and follow up on leads.
• Work closely with the sales team and potential customers to understand their needs.
• Design and present tailored solutions that address customer needs and demonstrate the value and benefits of the service.
• Handle technical questions or objections from customers and help them overcome any barriers to implementation.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in pre-sales, preferably in digital marketing services with international clients.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools, platforms, and international market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
