Pre-sales Consultant

Role Overview:
The Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team by generating site visits and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. This role acts as the first point of contact for potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns, portals, and databases
  
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and qualify requirements
  
• Explain project details such as pricing, location, amenities, and configurations
  
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales managers
  
• Ensure timely follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems
  
• Track lead status and update daily and weekly MIS reports
  
• Follow up with site-visited clients to support conversions
  
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality
  
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly site-visit goals
  

Requirements:

• Graduate (any discipline)
  
• 09 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or tele-sales
  
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  
• Target-driven and process-oriented approach
  
• Comfortable working on weekends and handling high call volumes
