Pre-Sales Consultant / Business Analyst (IT Services & Solutions)

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with international prospects to understand business needs and technical requirements.
• Conduct discovery calls, requirement gathering, and business analysis workshops.
• Translate client requirements into clear solution proposals, SOWs, and functional documents.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Technical teams to design tailored IT services and digital solutions.
• Prepare proposals, effort estimations, solution presentations, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
• Create business process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Support client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across existing accounts.
• Ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to project delivery teams.
• Stay updated on technology trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Services Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, or Solution Consulting.
• Strong expertise in requirement elicitation, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with global clients across the US, Europe, APAC, or the Middle East.
• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
• Ability to work with cross-functional technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
