Exceptional attention to detail, organization, file management, and version-control practices.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects, manage deadlines, and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative, product, and production teams.
Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with sound judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguous or evolving requirements.
Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, ownership, and a goal-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Experience with textile-specific software such as NedGraphics/Texcelle or Pointcarre is a plus.
