Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support holistic child developmentcognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language.
  
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
  
• Use play-based learning, storytelling, art, music, and hands-on activities to enhance curiosity and creativity.
  
• Build literacy and numeracy skills through interactive and imaginative methods.
  
• Encourage social skills, empathy, and emotional regulation through positive role modeling.
  
• Observe and assess childrens progress, identifying strengths and growth areas.
  
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support individual learning needs.
  
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding progress and milestones.
  
• Stay current with best practices in early childhood education through continuous professional development.
