Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for pre-primary students, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
  
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote collaboration and communication.
  
• Monitor student progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and performance tracking.
  
• Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on curriculum developments.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher or related field (freshers welcome).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field; Junior Basic Training certification required.
  
• Strong knowledge of nursery education principles, practices, and methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
