Role & responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment that encourages respectful behavior and active participation.
• Support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.
• Observe and assess student progress, maintain records, and communicate effectively with parents.
• Organize play-based learning, storytelling, music, art, and movement activities.
• Ensure the safety and emotional wellbeing of all students, adhering to school policies and child protection guidelines.
• Work closely with fellow teachers, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive learning experience.
