Pre-Primary Teacher Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct engaging activities for pre-primary children.
• Teach basic concepts through play-based and activity-based learning.
• Ensure the safety, care, and well-being of children.
• Develop children’s communication, social, and motor skills.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents regarding children’s progress and development.
• Prepare teaching materials and classroom activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate / NTT / Montessori / ECCE qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in pre-primary teaching is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, caring, and creative approach towards children.
• Ability to manage and engage young learners effectively.
