Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and learning objectives.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain accurate student records.
• Support the overall development of children, including social, emotional, and behavioral growth.
• Organize classroom activities, storytelling sessions, games, and creative learning experiences.
• Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and discipline at all times.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and developmental milestones.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance student learning outcomes.
