Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for pre-primary students, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
  
• Develop and maintain a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of children.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assess student progress.
  
• Provide individualized attention to students who require extra support or have special needs.
  
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in teaching pre-primary education (nursery/preschool).
  
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as B.Ed., Bed, ECED, Early Childhood Education, Montessori or Phonics.
  
• Strong knowledge of phonics concepts for early childhood education.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with parents and colleagues.
• ECED or Phonics certification is Mandotory.
