Role & responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning activities for EYP students.
• Teach Phonics systematically, including sound recognition, blending, and segmenting.
• Implement play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning methods.
• Develop students early literacy, numeracy, communication, and motor skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Monitor students’ academic and developmental progress and maintain records.
• Communicate with parents and collaborate with teachers and academic coordinators.
