Role & Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young learners.
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities supporting cognitive, social, emotional, and motor development.
• Develop early language, numeracy, communication, and life skills through play-based learning.
• Maintain effective classroom management and ensure student safety and well-being.
• Monitor student development and maintain appropriate records.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Participate in school events and collaborate with the academic team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate with NTT / D.El.Ed. / Montessori / ECCE qualification preferred.
• Prior experience as a Pre-Primary / Mother Teacher preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, patient, caring, and child-centric approach.
• Creative and enthusiastic about early-years education.
• Strong classroom management and teamwork skills.
