Key Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning: Design age-appropriate, play-based activities in language, math, art, music, and motor skills.
• Classroom Environment: Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space with clear routines.
• Child Development: Observe, record, and assess developmental milestones; adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
• Parent Communication: Share progress updates, conduct PTMs, and guide parents on extending learning at home.
• Holistic Growth: Encourage social skills, empathy, teamwork, and emotional stability.
• Collaboration: Work with staff to coordinate events, curriculum, and child welfare initiatives.
