Role Description The Pre Primary Academic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the academic program for early years, ensuring age-appropriate, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram includes planning and aligning the curriculum with school guidelines and education standards, coordinating lesson plans, and supporting teachers with instructional resources.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in early childhood education, with experience in pre-primary or primary teaching and academic coordination.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field; specialized training in early childhood education is preferred.
