Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal due diligence and title verification of land documents.
• Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, deeds, and other property-related documents.
• Liaise with advocates, Sub-Registrar Offices, Revenue Departments, and statutory authorities.
• Coordinate project approvals, registrations, and APF documentation with banks.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, Registration Act, Stamp Act, and other applicable laws.
• Handle customer legal queries and maintain legal documentation.
• Support land acquisition, project, and sales teams on legal matters.

Preferred Profile:

• LL.B. with 5+ years of experience in real estate non-litigation.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, title scrutiny, legal drafting, registrations, and real estate compliance.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
