About this role
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong business acumen, operational management expertise, real estate knowledge,
liaisoning experience with approval authorities, and effective communication skills to lead teams, streamline processes and drive
strategic growth in line with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Basic knowledge of Real estate with the residential/Commercial developments.
• Basic knowledge of Liaison experience in Delhi location (Approval authorities).
• Basic knowledge of Revenue documents & handling Govt Revenue departments.
• Well experienced in processing & ensure the process is followed by every team.
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations goal.
• Implement improved Process and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.
• Responsible for the achievement of annual revenue targets, as set by the Manager Business Operations.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees and ensure continuous improvement in
their performance & accuracy.
• Co ordinating with all internal and external teams to close the tasks in timeline.
• Basic knowledge in business (residential / commercial) in real estate.
• Required Team leader skills.
• Handling issues & solving skills.
• Productive & profitable working skills.
• Operations management skills.
• Strategic business planning.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience in liaisoning with government/approval authorities.
• Strategic thinker with operational excellence
