Who Can Apply?
Freshers and experienced candidates
15 years of experience preferred
NBFC / Fintech experience is an added advantage
Candidates with good communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle pre-collections for Payday & Personal Loans
• Follow up with customers for timely payments
• Maintain MIS and collection reports
• Monitor collection performance and delinquency
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines
