Pre Authorization (US Healthcare) !!!!

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Pre-Authorization team in the US Healthcare domain. The role involves coordinating with insurance providers and healthcare facilities to obtain prior authorizations for medical services and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient and insurance information.
• Initiate and follow up on prior authorization requests with insurance companies.
• Verify eligibility and benefits as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of authorization status.
• Coordinate with providers, clinics, and internal teams for required information.
• Ensure timely processing of authorization requests.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
• Graduates and Undergraduates can also apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with experience in International BPO, Customer Service, Voice Process, Healthcare, or Insurance processes will be preferred.
• Good English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in Night Shift (US Shift).
