Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager Data & Insights with a strong background in BPS/BPM delivery and Data Operations/Analytics.

The role will focus on understanding client requirements and RFPs, developing practical data-related solutions, defining delivery and operating models, identifying required capabilities and supporting effort estimation and commercial solutioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and assess Data Operations/Analytics requirements from client opportunities and RFPs.
• Translate business requirements into practical and commercially viable solutions.
• Define the required skills, technologies, resources and delivery/operating model.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, presales, bid management and solutioning activities.
• Support effort estimation, pricing and commercial solution development.
• Work with internal Data & Insights and other specialist teams to build appropriate solutions.
• Evaluate Data Operations capabilities across areas such as Data Quality, Data Cleansing, Data Completion, Reporting and MDM.
• Engage with business and client stakeholders during the solutioning process.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of overall experience.
• Strong experience in BPS/BPM delivery or operations.
• Experience managing Data Analytics/Data Operations engagements or projects.
• Good understanding of areas such as:
• Data Quality
• Data Cleansing
• Data Completion
• Reporting & Analytics
• Data Management / MDM
• Exposure to Presales, RFP/RFI, Solutioning, Bid Management, Effort Estimation or Pricing.
• Strong business acumen and client/stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to convert client requirements into a structured and deliverable business solution.

Good to Have

• Experience working across multiple service lines/practices.
• Experience designing delivery or operating models.
• Exposure to Data & Insights technologies and platforms.

Important

This is primarily a business delivery, presales and solutioning role within the Data Operations/Analytics space. Deep hands-on expertise in Python/R, statistical modelling or advanced Data Science is not mandatory.
