Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Organization Development (OD) professional to drive organization-wide effectiveness, capability building, and transformation initiatives. The role will work closely with business leaders and HR teams to design and implement OD interventions that enhance organizational performance, employee experience, and culture.

Key Responsibilities
Organization Development & Design

• Design and implement OD interventions at BU / organization level to improve effectiveness
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and role structuring initiatives
• Define and institutionalize frameworks for organization effectiveness and governance Change Management & Transformation
  
  • Drive change management initiatives aligned to business transformation programs
  • Partner with leadership to implement cultural transformation and engagement initiatives
  • Diagnose organizational challenges using data and recommend actionable interventions Capability Building & Talent Development
    
    • Identify capability gaps and design targeted development interventions
    • Work with L&D teams to drive scalable learning solutions
    • Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning HR Strategy & Analytics
      
      • Contribute to HR strategy through insights, metrics, and diagnostics
      • Develop dashboards/reports on organizational effectiveness, engagement, and productivity
      • Leverage HR analytics to assess impact of OD interventions Stakeholder Management
        
        • Collaborate with senior leaders, HRBPs, and COEs to drive OD initiatives
        • Act as a trusted advisor on people, culture, and organization effectiveness topics
          
          
          Required Qualifications
          

          • MBA / Postgraduate in HR from a reputed institute
          • 4-10 years of experience in Organization Development / HR Consulting / HRBP (with strong OD exposure)
          • Experience in designing and implementing OD interventions
            
            
            Must-Have Skills
            

            • Strong understanding of organization design, change management, and culture transformation
            • Proven experience in OD interventions, diagnostics, and engagement initiatives
            • Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills
            • Strong analytical mindset with exposure to HR metrics and reporting
            • High ownership and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
              
              
              Good to Have
              

              • Experience in large/global organizations or HR consulting firms
              • Exposure to digital transformation / technology businesses
              • OD certification (preferred but not mandatory)
