Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead consulting engagements within the Commercial & Solution Analytics practice, with a focus on Engineering Services. The role involves solution design, deal pricing, commercial strategy, client advisory, business development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting and advisory engagements.
• Develop pricing strategies, commercial models, and solution frameworks for engineering services deals.
• Conduct market benchmarking, commercial assessments, contract reviews, and ROI analysis.
• Support sourcing, outsourcing, and vendor management initiatives.
• Participate in proposal development, RFP responses, client presentations, and business development activities.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations.
• Create thought leadership, market insights, and consulting assets.
• Mentor and manage a team of analysts and consultants.

Education

• MBA preferred from a reputed institution.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
