BAOIAM is an EdTech and career-focused platform helping students build practical skills, gain industry exposure and become career-ready. As we expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated PR & Media Intern to support media outreach, public relations and brand visibility initiatives.

As a PR & Media Intern, you will work closely with the Social Media Manager and marketing team to build BAOIAM's visibility across relevant media, education, startup and digital platforms.

This role provides practical exposure to PR research, media communication, press releases, outreach and brand storytelling.

• Research relevant media houses, journalists, publications, education platforms, startup communities and digital publications.
• Build and maintain a structured media and PR database.
• Assist in preparing press releases, media pitches, company announcements and PR communication.
• Support outreach to journalists, editors, publications and relevant media contacts.
• Identify opportunities for BAOIAM to participate in interviews, articles, podcasts, webinars and industry features.
• Research PR opportunities around BAOIAM's programs, initiatives, partnerships, achievements and events.
• Draft professional email pitches and follow-up communication under guidance.
• Maintain records of media outreach, responses, follow-ups and coverage.
• Monitor relevant education, startup and EdTech media coverage and identify useful opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and other marketing team members for PR campaigns and announcements.
• Support collection and organization of company information, founder information, photographs and other media assets.
• Track basic PR outcomes such as outreach, responses, meetings, published coverage and opportunities.
